It’s a beautiful read with so much more beyond broken Knight, proving love isn’t simple it’s worth every ounce of blood, sweat, and tears. She uses Knight and Luna as a beautifully constructed paradox of love and value of the fight that makes it worth the struggles. Shen uses juxtaposition of motherhood in a motif which digs its way into the reader’s heart, and the recovery is one you won’t walk away from easily. Knight Cole and Luna Rexroth are part of the many dualities Shen weaves into this prose of genius. Broken Knight touches every theme related to love: Love is fickle, Love is strength, love is family, love is friendship, love is nature, love is nurture, love is evil, love is broken, love is forever, and so much more. He’s a single dad and my father’s business partner. LJ Shen tackles this complex relationship of love in her newest release, Broken Knight. When he does, my stomach flips and my world tilts on its axis.

Love compels people to be better and on the flip side, it drives them to know the worst of their own personalities. Love infiltrates the line between rational and irrational behavior. Love has a flip side as well and it breaks and drives the human heart into the dark recesses of madness. Love is a term used to convey a deep appreciation for something. But is it that simple? Love binds humanity together. I don’t own the photos in my edit.Love-a simple four-letter word. Sometimes, the greatest love stories flourish in tragedy. When life throws a curveball at All Saints’ golden boy, he’s forced to realize not all knights are heroes. This daredevil hell-raiser could knock you up with his gaze alone, but he only has eyes for the girl across the street: Luna. Knight Cole is everyone’s favorite football hero.

Underneath the meek, tomboy exterior everyone loves (yet pities) is a girl who knows exactly what, and who, she wants-namely, the boy from the treehouse who taught her how to curse in sign language. Luna Rexroth is everyone’s favorite wallflower. Ours had torn chapters, missing paragraphs, and a bittersweet ending. Definitely read this series! Blurb: Not all love stories are written the same way. Like father like son in some ways if you know what I’m talking about. ⭐️NEW REVIEW⭐️ Broken Knight by LJ Shen BOOK 2 Published Aug 2019 KindleUnlimited RATING 5/5 REREAD?
